Massage

Homegrown Yoga & Massage uses an integrative approach to massage therapy. I listen to your needs, creating the perfect massage that will bring you the most benefit and help you feel your best. Massage modalities may include: 

  • Relaxing Swedish massage
  • Deep Therapeutic massage
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Myofascial Release
  • Reflexology

Massages include warm neck towel, aromatherapy hot towel treatments, health chat and tips.

Rates:

  • 30 minutes – $70
  • 60 minutes – $110
  • 90 minutes – $160
  • 120 minutes – $230

One-on-one Yoga

Whether you’re a beginner or managing an injury, acute, or chronic pain, 1:1 yoga can help with alignment, mind-body-spirit integration, and introducing foundational postures to empower your home practice or prepare you for group classes.

1:1 Yoga – $100/hour

Laura Collins has a Master’s of Science in Community Health Education. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, CO and a Certified Yoga Instructor from the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco, CA. Laura has had training in a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, prenatal, myofacial release, shiatsu, integrative, lymphatic drainage, normalization of soft tissue, and trigger point therapy.
