Massage Therapy​

Homegrown Yoga & Massage uses an integrative, God centered, approach to massage therapy. We incorporate a variety of massage modalities depending on what style of massage you request and what your body needs. Massage modalities may include relaxing Swedish massage, Deep Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), Assisted Stretching, Sports massage, and Reflexology. Deep listening and divine guidance are key to our services.  We listen to your unique body and stated needs, creating the perfect massage that will bring you the most benefit, helping you feel your best.

Our Signature Massage is a personalized, health-enhancing experience designed to meet your body’s unique needs. Whether you choose 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, each session blends a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote deep relaxation, restore balance, and support overall well-being. Deep Tissue: included in price of massage

If you need deep work please ask for it.  The focus here is effectiveness.  Although we don’t ever create pain for pain sake, we do realize some people enjoy and need a very deep massage. We will use trigger point therapy, myofascial release, METs, stretching, deep sustained pressure, and other techniques to reduce adhesions, soften fascia, integrate tissue,  improve circulation, improve range of motion, and get you to feeling better.   

Hot stone massage:

+$20.  Melt into deep relaxation with the healing warmth of basalt stones.

Smooth, heated basalt stones are gently glided along major muscle groups, with extra attention given to areas that need more focused work. The combination of warm stones and soothing oils creates a deeply nourishing and grounding experience.

Benefits include:

  • Deeper muscle relaxation through penetrating heat

  • Improved circulation

  • Reduced muscle tension

  • Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s natural “rest and restore” state)

Slip into bliss—hot stones are a beautiful way to elevate your massage.

Hikers Feet Heaven & Treat Your Feet massage:

+ $20. This soothing foot treatment starts with a deep penetrating warm paraffin wax, covered with foot booties and allowed to do it’s magic for some time, followed by warm towels and a foot massage (with specific pressure points) to restore circulation, foot mobility, and ease tension. Need grounding, relaxation or a little TLC after a hike? “Hikers feet heaven” is for you!

Fruit Refresh:

A revitalizing add-on that nourishes both body and spirit.

This refreshing service includes:

  • Citrus aromatherapy, applied topically during your massage to awaken the senses and uplift your mood.

  • A shot of fresh orange or grapefruit juice, served after your session to hydrate and energize from the inside out.

This unique offering creates a beautiful connection between the external and internal experience—leaving you feeling truly refreshed, renewed and inspired.

Lymph & Glow

A detoxifying brushing ritual that exfoliates, boosts lymphatic drainage, and enhances qi flow. Take the brush home and use it before showering for the ultimate boost in your self-care routine.

+ $15. For the first ten minutes of the massage the therapist will use a soft bristle body brush to invigorate the skin, circulation, and lymphatic system, using small quick strokes called “dry brushing”. All brushing starts from extremities and moves toward the thymus gland at base of throat. You take the brush home to continue body brushing when you feel like it – daily, every other day, or weekly. This is a highly recommended addition to your selfcare routine and has benefit for the immune system.

Invigorating Foot Scrub:

Treat your feet 2.0 to a revitalizing boost.

A lavender or orange-infused sugar scrub is vigorously applied to the feet to stimulate circulation and awaken tired soles. This is followed by a warm towel wrap to soothe and relax.

Relaxation and invigoration—perfectly paired.

First Time Young adults and childrens massage:

Massage therapy can be a deeply comforting and beneficial experience for all ages.

Clients 17 years and younger are welcome to receive massage with the presence of a legal guardian, who must remain quietly in the room during the session.

To ensure a positive and safe experience, we take a little extra time to:

  • Introduce the massage room, oils, and equipment in a friendly, age-appropriate way

  • Provide a small gifted bottle of essential oil to take home

  • Offer a body map activity sheet to color or write affirmations on

  • Include a sticker that encourages self-love and body positivity

This service is designed to support relaxation, confidence, and body awareness in a safe and nurturing environment.

Ear Acupressure

$10. Stimulating key points on the ear can help reduce stress, promote Qi flow for specific health issues, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. Ear “seeds” are placed in areas of the outer ear before the massage. Seeds stay in 3-5 days and fall out naturally. Add it to your session for an extra layer of relaxation and vitality.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many treatment rooms are available?

Three treatment rooms
Prenatal massage offered – need doctors permission. Done sideline position meaning client is lying on their side propped comfortably with pillows.

Any age can receive a massage. A parent must be in the room if the client is 17 years or younger. Consider a 30 minute massage for youth 10 years or younger.

Number of treatment rooms and Couples Massage:

High Summer Season: Homegrown is in full swing, offering services across three massage therapy rooms, making couples massages readily available—no problem at all! Outside of Summer: Couples massages are still available with a little advance notice. Simply text Laura at 720-218-1953 to request a session, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Prenatal Massage

At Homegrown, we are honored to support expecting parents with nurturing, customized prenatal massage. Our sessions are performed in a comfortable side-lying position, fully supported with an abundance of soft pillows to ensure your ultimate comfort and safety. With your doctor’s approval, we’re happy to provide this specialized care during such an important and transformative time.

+ $20. Himalayan salt stones are run along the major muscle groups of the body with some more specific work where needed. Benefits: heat penetrates muscle for a deeper relaxation. Sensation of rock and oil is unusually nourishing. Improves circulation, relieves tensions, induces parasympathetic response. Slip into bliss with hot stones!!
